Promise Academy has continuous enrollment throughout the year. Once students have completed the enrollment application they must attend an orientation & discipline session.
A parent, guardian, or social worker with a notarized letter or court order, must accompany students under the age of 18.
All documents are required at the time of enrollment including:
Social Security Card
(copy of both student & parent)
Proof of Residency
(i.e. gas, water, electric or lease agreement in the parent/guardian’s name —NO cell phone/phone bills nor disconnection notices, accepted)
(from ALL previous Schools)
(from last school attended)
Students 18 years of age or older, NOT living with their Mother, Father, or a legal Guardian, MUST also provide:
Proof of Income
(i.e. paycheck stub, social security benefits sheet, etc.)
